Job summary

Palisociety's ARRIVE Albuquerque location is seeking a Runner to keep service moving smoothly between kitchen and front of house, ensuring every dish reaches the table exactly as intended. The role requires 1 year of restaurant experience, a guest-service oriented attitude, and a flexible schedule; you may lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant.
• Guest-service oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and guest requests.
• Know table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, capacity, and hours of operation.
• Deliver food and beverage items from the kitchen and bar in a prompt, neat manner.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with clearing table settings and resetting tables when needed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linens, and condiments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned to adhere to health standards.
