Job summary

The Athletic Club of Columbus (ACC) is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team and support our associates in delivering exceptional member experiences. The role emphasizes belonging, value, and the tools for success.

You will supervise the front of house team, help implement training, uphold service standards, manage inventory and scheduling, and support operations in Carmichael's restaurant and the ACC Café. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of server and/or bartender experience.
• At least one (1) year of food and beverage supervisory experience, prior Club experience a plus.
• Passion for food & beverage operations, service excellence and encouraging unique experiences
• Able to anticipate needs and identify issues before they become problems
• Able to manage time and resources to achieve goals
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays

Job description

Salary & Schedule

Hourly DOE: $20-$25

FLSA Status: Exempt

Shift: Varied- Some holidays required However, the club is closed many major holidays and bank holidays as well as a one week shut down in August
