Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, CO. The role oversees the Bistro and all F&B outlets within the hotel and leads staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in F&B and two years in a hotel setting, with a focus on brand standards, compliance, and budget management to maximize revenue and control costs.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Two years hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and termination.
• Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
• Forecast, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, CO. This position will oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the hotel.

What You Will Be Doing:
