Job description

Position Summary: The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the key duties and responsibilities listed below, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

1. Supervise Food and Beverage functions both front of house and back of house.
2. Oversee and maintain staffing, scheduling, and team member performance.
3. Ensure liquor and food preparations as well as guest service meet standards.
4. Maintain health, safety, and sanitation levels in all Food and Beverage areas.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time, 2nd shift with weekends.

Salary: Pay varies with experience.
