We are currently seeking a PM Housekeeping Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a PM Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and supervising staff on your assigned floor or area
• Assessing inventory, assigning rooms for cleaning, and inspecting rooms
• Verifying and reporting room status and discrepancies
• Monitoring payroll, work schedules, and inventory
• Coordinating with Engineering and Property Operations for maintenance and repairs
• Performing housekeeping duties as needed
• Assisting in performance evaluations
• Responding promptly to guest requests
