Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection in Park City, Utah, seeks an energetic leader to oversee dining operations, shape service culture, and drive guest experiences at a luxury resort.

You will direct, implement and maintain service standards, while motivating the team through training and coaching to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in managing food and beverage operations in luxury resorts.
• Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
• Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
• Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
