Food & Beverage Manager – Grey Oaks Country Club

  • Training & Development Expertise – Skilled in creating and implementing formal front-of-house training programs that enhance service consistency, boost team performance, and foster professionalism.
  • Proven Service Leadership – Demonstrated ability to uphold and elevate a superior service culture across all dining venues, ensuring consistent member satisfaction and excellence.
  • Collaborative Operator – Experience working closely with culinary leadership, front-of-house teams, and club management to drive seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Member Experience Focus – Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences through dining, events, and catering while fostering a supportive and balanced workplace culture.
