The Denver Inverness, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort located in Englewood, is an inviting suburban hotel and conference center dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests, associates, owners, and the community. Location: The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Schedule: Full-Time, 5-day workweek, PM shift: 2:00 PM until close

Age requirement: 21+

What you'll do...

Lead with passion, develop and coach your team, and handle multiple outlets as an Outlet Manager. Be organized, patient, an effective communicator, and adaptable to challenges.

What you need...

• 5+ years of experience as a Hotel Food and Beverage Manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, including scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, ordering, and policy creation
• Leadership skills to direct and motivate a team
• Effective communication with team and management
• Proficiency in creating and managing payroll spreadsheets
• Ability to forecast schedules accurately and manage payroll
• Flexibility to work longer hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
