Position Summary

The LifeCafe Manager is responsible for the activities and growth of the LifeCafe, including managing the business' financials, hiring, training, and supervising Team Members, executing menus according to Life Time standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and cost controls related to food, beverage, and labor goals.
• Manage all front of the house and back of the house operations, including inventory and payroll.
• Lead the team by training, developing, motivating, and assessing team members to ensure continuous growth.
• Respond to questions, comments, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security standards are emphasized, practiced, and inspected.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire
• At least 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary or business
• Experience in operations and financial performance management
• Experience in fast casual or full-service restaurant environments

Pay

This is a salaried position starting at $64,000 and up to $88,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonuses are available based on performance metrics.
