General Description
The Food and Beverage Manager is under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Director. The Food and Beverage Manage is responsible for ensuring the quality and professionalism of our food and beverage service in the restaurant, kitchen and deli by supervising our staff thereby providing an atmosphere that exceeds our guest’s expectations.
