We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Food and Beverage Manager for our AVID | HOLIDAY INN & SUITES. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in F&B management with prior experience managing a fast-paced kitchen staff. This is a fast-paced environment in which the successful candidate will be responsible for expediting food orders, budgeting food supplies, training staff and handling concerns from restaurant guests. The manager is also responsible for scheduling staff, overseeing service and performing line checks throughout the day.
