Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Culinary Degree (Preferred)
  • 5-7 years progressive experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a hotel environment
  • 2+ years of food service management
  • Serve Safe Certified or equivalent
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience in banquets or event planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and local regulations
  • Plan menus based on resident preferences, budget, and seasonality
  • Maintain equipment and supplies
  • Implement and oversee the Art of Atria Dining
  • Manage food service budgets and analyze spending
  • Coordinate special events and community dining experiences
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
Additional Details

Position level: Mid-Senior, Full-time management role. Located in Beverly Hills, CA with a salary range of $170,000 - $185,000.
