Job Summary: Delivers and serves food at employee meal on scheduled event days under the supervision of the Premium Catering Manager. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Arranges tables and menu tags.
4. Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
5. Serves food and beverages to guests.
6. Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed.
7. Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
8. Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.
9. Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
10. Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
11. Maintains clean and safe work environment.
12. Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
