RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee the Food Farmacy project at Monmouth Medical Center. You will enroll participants, manage pantry distributions, and ensure grant deliverables are met, working with FulFill Food Bank and local farm partners to maintain inventory.
You will conduct enrollment, schedule coordination, data collection for reporting, and collaborate with SNAP navigators to provide comprehensive food access resources.

The Food Access Coordinator is responsible for conducting day-to -day operations of the RWJBarnabas Health Food Farmacy project at Monmouth Medical Center. You will enroll participants, manage food pantry distributions and help to meet grant deliverable requirements for the program. You will work with our partners at FulFill FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties and additional farm partners to receive and maintain food pantry inventory.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nutrition and Dietetics or Public Health. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and Epic or other medical record system. Bilingual skills are a plus.
