Oliver Inc. is hiring a Folding Gluer Operator for the folding/gluing department on the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm). The role involves setting up feeder, glue system, and folder plates, operating the folding machine, and monitoring quality throughout production.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in printing/packaging as a Folding Gluer Operator, with strong mechanical and math skills, attention to detail, and good teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the printing/packaging industry as a Folding Gluing Operator preferred.
• Mechanical know-how and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong mathematical skills (basic arithmetic).
• Keen attention to detail and close vision.

Responsibilities

• Set up feeder, glue system, folder plates, pack station, and inspection systems.
• Adjust and operate folding machine; verify folds, paper size, and thickness.
• Set up and operate automated inspection system; ensure quality during operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain safety and cleaning of post-production equipment.
