Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced Folding Gluer Operator/Adjuster to independently set up and run folding gluer equipment for precise, quality-driven production.

You will ensure efficiency while maintaining safety and clean work areas, including routine maintenance and inspections. The role is the 2nd shift (3 - 11:30pm) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring strong math skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience as Folding Gluer Operator in printing, packaging, or folding carton manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on experience with folding gluer equipment (Bobst/Heidelberg preferred).
• Solid mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read job tickets and use calipers, rulers, gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folding gluer equipment and related systems.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, glue, scoring and alignment.
• Run automated inspection systems to maintain quality standards.
