Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is hiring a Gluer Operator to set up and operate folder-gluer machines, ensuring carton quality for all customers. The role involves feeding stacks of paperboard, troubleshooting, and maintaining target speeds on an 8–12 hour shift.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, works on 3rd shift (Sun–Thu 10:00pm–6:00am) with overtime as needed, and training on 1st shift during the first 120 days.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and quality-first mindset.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 3rd shift with overtime as needed.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up window/folder-gluer machines.
• Load stacks of paperboard into the machine feed.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed.
• Stand for 8–12 hour shifts and maintain target speeds.
• Follow job instructions and meet quotas.
• Clear jams and perform precise belt/guide adjustments.
