Job summary

Digital Room LLC in Brooklyn, OH is hiring a Folder Operator Level I for 1st or 2nd shift. You will load folding machines, set up to produce bifold and trifold jobs, and monitor accuracy.

This role requires safe use of hand and power tools, good problem-solving, and the ability to multitask with changing priorities. Compensation is hourly and includes benefits.

Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set the workload for the day.
• Place printed jobs on the folding machine and set up to make bifold, trifold, according to job specifications.
• Observe the folding machine while running to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate fold run.
• Replace worn-out rubber stoppers and adjust to ensure an accurate fold, using hand tools when required.
• Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs.
• Report all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

We are actively hiring for the position of Folder Operator for our plant in Brooklyn, OH.

Shift: 1st Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm

2nd Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities
