Digital Room LLC in Brooklyn Park, OH is seeking a Small Bindery Operator Level I for a full-time, hourly position. You will set up the drill hole machine, read the gang sheet, and drill holes with accuracy before packing the finished work.

Proficiency with the IMS program and strong safety awareness are required. Responsibilities include scheduling daily workload in IMS, inspecting holes for quality, recording production data, and staying adaptable to overtime and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect drilled holes for accuracy and quality before packing.
• Record production and data in the IMS system.
• Report workplace hazards to management.
• Ensure equipment and workstations are safe and functional.
• Work overtime as required by business needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

We are actively hiring for the position of Small Bindery Operator for our plant in Brook Park, OH

Duties & Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set workload for the day.
• Determine what size hole the job will require according to the gang sheet.
• Set up the drill hole machine and observe while running, to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate hole is drilled on the job.
• Inspect the hole drilled on the job to ensure accuracy and quality before packing in the designated box.
• Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
