Digital Room in Van Nuys, CA is hiring a Folder Operator for the 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10pm. The role uses the IMS system to prioritize work, set up folding operations, and ensure quality folds, with safety and overtime requirements.

The candidate will operate folding equipment, perform basic maintenance, record production data, and collaborate with the Press Operator. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Responsabilidades

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set the workload for the day.
• Place printed jobs on the folding machine and set up to make bifold, trifold, according to job specifications.
• Observe the folding machine while running to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate fold run.
• Replace worn-out rubber stoppers and adjust to ensure an accurate fold, using hand tools when required.
• Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs.
• Report all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

We are actively hiring for the position of Folder Operator for our plant in Van Nuys, CA.

Shift

Shift: 2nd - Mon-Fri – 1:30pm-10pm

Pay

Pay: $19-21

Duties & Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set the workload for the day.
• Place printed jobs on the folding machine and set up to make bifold, trifold, according to job specifications.
• Observe the folding machine while running to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate fold run.
• Replace worn-out rubber stoppers and adjust to ensure an accurate fold, using hand tools when required.
