Belmark Inc in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled production associate to support our packaging and labeling operations. You will read job orders, set up infeed conveyors, troubleshoot equipment, and package finished cartons.

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, good problem solving, and the ability to stand for long periods. The position offers day shifts, on-site facilities and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, FSA, 401(k), paid time off and an on-site

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• English fluency and good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend job order instructions.
• Locate tag stock, inspect and stage.
• Set up and adjust infeed system, conveying belt, rollers, guide bars, glue applicator, and exit belt system.
• Troubleshoot all problem areas.
• Package into boxes.
• Clean up machine and area.
• Communicate job status with proper departments.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
