Belmark Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a manufacturing associate to support packaging operations. You will read job orders, locate tag stock, and set up and adjust infeed and conveyance systems while monitoring quality and efficiency on the line.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, packaging finished cartons, cleaning the area, and coordinating with departments to communicate job status. Requires strong manual skills and the ability to stand/walk most of the shift.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be a good problem solver.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of and ability to speak English fluently.
• Education equivalent to two years of high school education.
• Regular attendance and potential overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend job order instructions.
• Locate tag stock, inspect and stage.
• Set up and adjust infeed system, conveying belt/rollers, guide bars, glue applicator, and exit belt system.
• Troubleshoot problem areas.
• Package into boxes.
• Clean up machine and area.
• Communicate job status with other departments.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
