Job summary

Belmark inc is seeking a production operator for a folder gluer line in De Pere, Wisconsin. You will set up and operate the folder gluer, feed tag stock, apply adhesive, fold along crease lines, and inspect finished products for packaging use.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and comprehend job orders.
• Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues on the folder gluer.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Fluent English speaking and comprehension required.
• Regular attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing 90% of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder gluer machinery to convert tag stock into finished products.
• Adjust infeed system, belt, rollers, guide bars, glue applicator, and exit belt as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and inspect product quality.
• Package finished products into boxes and maintain clean work area.
• Communicate status with relevant departments and follow supervisor directions.
