Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year minimum relevant experience preferred.
• Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
• Experience in Press and Finishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient set-up of folding and gluing operations.
• Minimize waste of sheet stock and glue.
• Properly operate machine to run efficiently and produce quality products.
• Ensure scores are broken when necessary.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at capacity and speed.
• Assist in training all post job positions.
• Learn to run a variety of box styles.
• Check quality during run for mis-slotted boxes and defects.
• Complete reports: Production Data, Machine Status, Safety Data, Quality Data.
• Submit maintenance work orders; participate in proactive upkeep.
• Adhere to production schedule and optimize as needed.
• Comply with company policies, safety, and housekeeping.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
