Job summary

Quality Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Folder Gluer Operator to join our Fond du Lac production team.

You will set up and run folder gluer machines to produce cartons that meet exact specifications, while collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance to maximize uptime and maintain records. The ideal candidate has experience with folding carton equipment, strong mechanical skills, and a solid eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines according to job specifications.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production.
