Position Summary

The Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for setting up and operating folder gluer machines to produce finished cartons that meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This role partners closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate production records.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Technical training in printing, packaging, or related field preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift


• Regular use of hands for handling, operating, and adjusting equipment


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Strong visual acuity (including close vision and color differentiation)


• Ability to communicate effectively in a production environment
