Premier Packaging Corporation is hiring a Fold and Glue Setup Operator for the 2nd shift in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on setting up, operating, and tuning folder/gluer equipment to deliver high-quality carton packaging safely and efficiently.

You will work with Fold & Glue leadership and maintenance teams to standardize setup practices, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production targets while adhering to ISO and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Attention to detail to meet quality and throughput targets.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and setup documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust folder/gluer equipment per job specs.
• Complete machine changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Make mechanical adjustments to folding, gluing, and alignment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and jams safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and support continuous improvement.
