Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Foil Operator for our facility in Womelsdorf, PA. The role focuses on safe operation of Carle & Montanari foiling machines, ensuring consistent product flow, wrapping quality, and accurate documentation throughout the shift.

The position is full-time on the 3rd shift (10:45 pm–7:15 am, Sunday to Thursday with some Fridays). You will load, thread, and monitor the wrapping process, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, compliant work area.)

Qualifications

  • Requires ability to follow standard procedures and maintain quality
  • Must stay mentally alert to identify quality issues on a fast-paced line
  • Capable of communicating downtime or issues clearly to supervisors

Responsibilities

  • Prepare foiling machines for startup and safe operation
  • Load and align products on feeder track and ensure proper wrap placement
  • Perform quality checks and document data on time

This role ensures consistent product flow, quality wrapping, accurate documentation, and proper maintenance of equipment while supporting overall production goals.Prepare Carle & Montanari foiling machines for safe and efficient startup .Load and align products into the feeder track using jog function.Thread and align wrapping foil through the feeder system to ensure proper placement.Start the machine and continuously monitor product feeding and wrapping processes for accuracy and consistency.Perform and record all required quality checks, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time.Keep foiling fingers and wrapper guides clean and free from chocolate buildup to maintain wrap quality.Communicate machine downtime and causes clearly to management.Verify correct foil, bagger film, and legible date codes for scheduled production runs.Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.Take ownership of equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating as needed throughout the shift.Power down the line at shift end and submit all completed paperwork to the Supervisor or Group Lead.Attend all required meetings on time and comply with plant attendance guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned to support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.Important D etails: T his is a full - time permanent role on 3rd shift, which operates from 10:45 p m to 7:15 a m Sunday through Thursday with some Fridays as needed .About You :You’ll fit right in if you have:Ability to keep up with fast-paced conveyor lines .Mental alertness to identify quality issues.Ability to understand and follow standard procedures.Ability to identify words and numbers.Ability to notify machine operators or supervisor of production problems.Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!Click on the “Apply” button or go directly to www.treehousefoods.com/careers to let us know you’re ready to join our team!At TreeHouse Foods, we embrace diversity and inclusion for innovation and growth.
