Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide government-domain FOIA migrations into RelativityOne. The role combines hands-on data-work with technical leadership to define tooling, map data, and execute secure migrations for agency customers.

You will partner with engineering and customer teams to implement migration playbooks, validate data, and ensure compliance with FedRAMP and related security standards. This position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including designing and executing migrations of structured and/or semi-structured data sets.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; hands-on experience with data formats, transformation tools, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements, documenting specifications, and driving iterative delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation as a condition of employment. Candidates with an active federal clearance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers and agencies, ensuring accurate, secure migration into RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as technical focal point for FOIA agency customers through migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot migration issues with engineering to resolve data anomalies and integration challenges.
• Lead requirements for the Data Migration Utility and write user stories and specs.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Enable FOIA agency customers and establish repeatable migration playbooks and success criteria.
• Represent government data handling requirements and translate them into product feedback.
• Create migration runbooks and knowledge base content to scale delivery.
• Work with FedRAMP, NIST contexts and Azure-native toolsets as applicable.
