Job summary

Leisnoi, Inc. seeks a FOIA Analyst to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) by processing FOIA/PA requests using enterprise IT platforms. The role involves querying data across DoD environments, applying redactions, and coordinating with IT to manage case workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in eDiscovery/FOIA within the DoD or IC, with DoD Secret clearance and SIPRNET access, and experience with FOIA statutes and related manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of eDiscovery or DoD/IC FOIA processing experience.
• Proficiency with FOIAXpress and Adobe Acrobat Pro for redaction.
• Familiarity with DoD FOIA policies and FOIA exemptions 1-9.

Responsibilities

• Use eDiscovery platforms to query and extract ESI across DISA networks.
• Operate FOIA IT case management systems to track request lifecycles and generate reports.
• Develop SOPs, tip sheets, and updates manuals for Records Management.
• Apply electronic redaction to PII, CUI, and classified data; ensure metadata is scrubbed.
