Mamahuhu in Palo Alto is seeking Front of House team members for a casual, 40-seat dining room with counter-service ordering. Team is friendly, positive, and energetic, with shifts on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and dinner.

The role includes running food, bussing, handling the POS counter, answering phones, and occasional expediter support. The pay range is $19–$20 per hour, with employee meals and a supportive team.

Formación

• Ideally has at least 1 year of experience in a hospitality setting.
• Available for both AM and PM shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Has a strong work ethic, and thrives on being part of a close knit team.
• Has a sense of urgency, and challenges themselves to accomplish more each day.

Job Overview

Mamahuhu is growing its front of house team. We have a casual, 40-seat dining room with bench, counter and booth seating. The dining room is designed for counter-service style ordering where guests line up, order at the counter, receive a number and we bring the food out to them when it's ready. The front of house is designed to be simple and lean and works great when we have a tight, organized group who can work efficiently and as a team.

We are looking for friendly, positive, and energetic team members to join our Front of House team!

We are currently hiring for all shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with both lunch and dinner shifts available.

Lunch shifts typically run from 11:00am–4:00pm, while dinner shifts are usually from 4:00pm–9:30pm.

This role is dynamic and hands-on, with responsibilities that may include running food, bussing the dining room, working the POS counter, answering phones, and occasionally supporting the expediter during service. Our restaurants are fun, flexible, and teamwork-oriented environments where everyone jumps in to help make the guest experience great!
