Thai Chili 2Go is seeking a Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our fast-casual restaurant concept. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests through the menu, and assist with smooth dining operations in a on-site setting.

Pay rate ranges from $17 to $21 per hour with tips; flexible scheduling, employee discount, and opportunities to grow with our expanding team.

• Able to work on your feet for extended periods.

Front of House (FOH) Team Member

The general (FOH) staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation. They are responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing customer orders, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. They are the first point of contact for customers, and their efficiency and demeanor can significantly impact the restaurant's reputation and customer retention.

A Successful Team Member will

• Arrive for shifts on time.
• Greeting customers with a friendly smile and guiding them through the menu.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and maintain cleaning.
