Job summary

Thai Chili 2Go is seeking a Team Leader to drive fast-casual service quality and operational efficiency at our Phoenix location. You will guide a team, ensure safety and hygiene standards, and support staff development in a high-volume setting.

As a key holder, you will coordinate shifts, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and uphold our scratch-made Thai menu standards. Flexible schedule and employee discount are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
