Job summary

Chick-fil-A Georgetown is seeking team members to deliver warm, friendly service and ensure guests have a positive experience. You will greet guests, take accurate orders at the counter, mobile app, or drive-thru, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, maintaining a clean and safe dining area, and collaborating with teammates to meet Chick-fil-A standards. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 5PM- 8PM availability
• 5PM- 11pm availability

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, friendly, and courteous service to every guest.

• Take accurate orders in the restaurant, through mobile orders, and at the drive-thru.
• Prepare and serve beverages and other front-of-house items.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining room and work environment.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leaders.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
• Look for opportunities to help teammates and serve guests without being asked.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Georgetown with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
