Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking part-time Team Members for evening shifts (5pm–10pm). Availability on at least three weeknights and most Fridays and Saturdays is required.

The role emphasizes friendly, signature Chick-fil-A service, and the opportunity to grow with experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders in a supportive, team-focused environment. Frontline positions involve multi-tasking, standing for extended periods, and engaging with guests outdoors when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available at least three weeknights per week and most Fridays/Saturdays from 5pm–10pm.
• Experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Currently, we are seeking team members for part-time evening positions. Candidates must be available at least three nights per week and be available for most Fridays and Saturdays (with time off allowed when needed) from 5pm-10pm.

Experience is helpful but not mandatory, but a big heart and smile are!!

Must be reliable to be on time, be friendly, and be able to speak and interact with our guests.

Must be able to work quickly and multi-task.

Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and work outdoors when needed.

Must be at least 16 years of age.
