Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Front of House Team Member in Athens, GA to deliver warm, genuine hospitality while helping guests enjoy high-quality food. The role offers part-time and full-time options, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for leadership development.

You will greet guests, take orders, keep the dining area welcoming, and work with an independent Owner/Operator dedicated to your success. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a heart for serving others.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and dependability; a team-player mindset.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests.
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and work environment.
• Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence.
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership.
