Job summary

Pacific Catch, Inc. seeks an experienced Front of House Team Leader to elevate guest service and hospitality across our restaurant. This full-time, hourly role requires leading the FOH team, delivering warm, first-class service, and upholding the company’s standards.

You will mentor staff, coordinate shifts, manage dining room flow, and assist with HR tasks. Flexibility to support Walnut Creek location is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience with 2 years in management.
• Experience training and mentoring hourly staff.
• Proficiency with Toast POS and standard office apps.
• Understanding of P&L and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide direction, leadership and mentoring to all FOH staff.
• Ensure fast, accurate service with polite guest interactions.
• Introduce guests to the menu and guide ordering.
• Conduct inventory and cash control procedures.
• Keep service areas, dining room and outdoor seating clean.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly operational and HR duties.
• Support Walnut Creek location when needed.
