Job summary

A Team Lead at TASTE supports the store's General Manager (GM) in all aspects of a TASTE location's complex food service and gourmet retail business. Team Leads also serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when the GM is absent and are expected to consistently deliver legendary service while actively living out TASTE’s mission and core values.

As a Team Lead you will be leading and working with the cashiers, sandwich, salad and prep teams to ensure guest's orders are executed precisely and quickly.

Qualifications

• Team Lead role requires leading cashiers and food prep teams.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing food safety regulations and health standards in a clean and organized work area
• Maintaining an effective and positive environment while keeping the team aware of changes, new menu items, training and procedures
• Assisting other teams as needed in front of house, back of house and expo
• Other duties as assigned
