Job summary

Aqimero, part of Richard Sandoval Hospitality, in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee FOH and BOH operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team. Base salary $22-$30 per hour based on experience, with an average 40-hour work week.

The manager will manage payroll closeouts, maintain POS data, training, and ensure brand standards. A strong background in F&B and at least 2 years in a supervisory role is required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• F&B experience with at least 2 years of Assistant Manager experience or above.
• Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
• Good organizational, time management, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, evaluate FOH personnel and maintain standards.
• Supervise floor staff to ensure professional service and guest satisfaction.
• Report payroll, end-of-night closeout, and cash drop.
• Maintain MICROS database with accurate items and prices.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and coordinate with BOH.
• Promote brand through consumer-facing activities and features.
