You will supervise FOH teams, assist in scheduling and training, and work with the management team to maintain high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FOH teams to run smooth shifts and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Open/close shifts, manage POS and timekeeping, and monitor staffing levels.
• Support management with training, scheduling, and VIP procedures.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and proper storage following company policies.
• Coordinate with BOH and management to handle equipment, repairs, and supplies.
