Job summary

Nacho Daddy is seeking a Front of House Supervisor in Las Vegas to act as the on- duty manager in their absence. You will open the restaurant, control FOH labor, and ensure service standards are met with strong guest focus.

The role requires training in all FOH positions, cash handling accuracy, and Serve Safe certification. You will coach staff, respond to guest needs, and help drive a standout dining experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Food Handlers Safety Card or equivalent depending on region.
• Ability to perform quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be trained in all FOH positions and oversee staff accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Act as Front of House Manager on duty when the salaried manager is unavailable.
• Open the restaurant and manage opening procedures.
• Control FOH labor by scheduling and cutting employees as needed.
• Handle refunds and proper use of discount buttons.
• Balance banks and cash-out reports at shift end.
• Train team members on policy and company-wide standards.
• Communicate guest feedback and drive continuous guest experience improvements.
• Coach service staff to anticipate and respond to guests’ needs.
• Coordinate communication between guests and staff to maintain service quality.
• Ensure all service standards, safety, and sanitation checks are followed.
