Grove Bay Concessions seeks a highly organized FOH supervisor to join our team at Federal Hill, within TF Green Airport. You will support front-of-house operations, coach hourly staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding all SOPs and service standards.

The role emphasizes training, communication, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement. Strong multitasking skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for daily success in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be an A Player endorsed by the Management Team, Director of Operations, and Training Department.
• Minimum 4 months experience at Grove Bay or a similar venue.
• Prior supervisor experience and strong English communication required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Advancing the Grove Bay Mission and Core Values.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality and upholding SOPs.
• Coaching hourly team members and training new staff.
• Handling guest issues with professionalism and respect.
• Managing front-of-house procedures and cash handling per SOP.
• Maintaining showroom-ready cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing calendars.
