Job summary

Parfait Paris in North County San Diego is seeking an enthusiastic FOH shift lead to ensure a warm welcome and smooth service at the Sky Deck in Del Mar Highlands. This part-time role requires reliability, excellent communication, and a passion for French desserts.

You will assist customers, handle cash and card payments, and help with opening/closing tasks. Benefits include a $18/hour base plus tips, one complimentary meal per shift, flexible hours, and growth opportunities as we expand across

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math required.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and reliable.
• Experience in hospitality or food service.
• At least one prior shift-lead role preferred.
• Interest in French cuisine/desserts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Recommend French cuisines and desserts to increase sales.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Perform opening and closing side work.
• Place end-of-day orders on online platforms.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Possess barista skills (crepes, coffee beverages).
• Prepare crepes and sandwiches.
