Responsabilidades

• Enhance sales by recommending our French cuisines and sweets
• Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe with a total of 10 employees
• Onboard new wait staff and baristas
• Train employees on drinks preparation and customer service and sales
• Understand labor cost and schedule accordingly
• Do the weekly inventory and maintain supplies
• Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy
• Advise staff on resolving issues with clients and delivering excellent service
• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty

Located inside the Coronado Ferry Landing in Coronado, we are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and serious Manager to help us deliver a top-notch dining experience to our valued customer

Le Parfait is looking for a French Bakery and Pastry shop Manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Some of other responsibilities include scheduling shifts for staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and doing the weekly inventory. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in coffee/café shops or restaurants. Also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement and turn our cafe into a favorite local spot.

• $21/hrs + tips ( about $26-$29/hrs)

• Onboard new wait staff and baristas
• Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment, customer service and sales
• Understand the labor cost/percentage and schedule accordingly
• Do the weekly inventory (like packaging, wines, cleaning supplies...)
• Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy
• Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Qualifications:
