Parfait Paris in Mission Hills, San Diego, is seeking an enthusiastic Front-of-House Shift Lead to guide guest experiences, supervise service flow, and ensure every guest leaves delighted.

You will handle cash/credit, upsell French cuisines and desserts, and support opening/closing duties. Weekend and holiday availability is required; we offer flexible part-time shifts, a complimentary employee meal, and growth opportunities as the brand expands locally.

Formación

• Proficiency in basic math and money handling.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with reliability and punctuality.
• Hospitality/food service background preferred.
• At least one prior shift-lead role is required.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Upsell French cuisines and desserts to boost sales.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Assist opening and closing procedures before/after shifts.
• Place end-of-day orders on online platforms.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Must have barista skills (creativity with cappuccino, latte, espresso).
• Prepare crepes and sandwiches for service.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math

• Have hospitality or food service experience
• Have at least one experience as shift lead
