Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking an FOH Shift Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team during busy service periods. You will uphold DRG’s hospitality standards, support guests, and model professional conduct on the floor.

As a working lead, you’ll train staff, resolve guest concerns, and help manage service flow to ensure an exceptional dining experience. This role requires strong communication and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of casual or upscale dining experience.
• Strong communication and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Attention to detail and ability to train team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor leadership by guiding the FOH team during shifts.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and assist with guest recovery.
• Help manage guest experience, hospitality standards and loyalty.
