Job summary

Plant Power Fast Food is hiring team members to join a mission-driven fast food brand. You will provide an engaging and energetic guest experience, help open/close the restaurant, and lead shifts by example while mentoring teammates.

We value reliability, a willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a passion for great, plant-based food. Prior shift-leader experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Shift Leader experience in a Fast Food Restaurant or similar.
• Ability to run a restaurant and lead a team.
• Experience serving great food to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging, energetic guest experience and hospitality.
• Support opening and closing the restaurant and run a great shift.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Communicate with management about operational or staffing issues.

What You Bring and What You’ll Do

• You will provide an engaging and energetic experience to our guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment. You will support opening and closing restaurants and, at the same time, be accountable for running a great shift. You will teach, mentor, and validate that the team members perform their positions according to company best practices. You will communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding any operational or staffing issues that may arise before and after Managers are on site. You will lead by example!
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Follow Plant Power operating policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverages, cashhandling, and restaurant safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
