Plant Power Fast Food in Las Vegas is seeking a shift leader to provide an engaging guest experience and to lead a great shift. You will help open/close the restaurant, mentor teammates, and ensure quality, safety, and service standards while collaborating with the General Manager.

What You Bring and What Youll Do

You will provide an engaging and energetic experience to our guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment You will support opening and closing restaurants and at the same time be accountable for running a great shift You will teach mentor and validate that the team members perform their positions according to company best practices You will communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding any operational or staffing issues that may arise before and after Managers are on site You will lead by exampleMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings evenings weekends nights andor holidaysFollow Plant Power operating policies and standards including providing quality food and beverages cash handling and restaurant safety and security with or without reasonable accommodationEngage with and understand our guests including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communicationEnjoy serving great food to our guests while making a difference in the worldEmbrace our Mission and Core Values
