Job summary

Nudy's Cafe in Willow Grove, PA seeks a full-time Shift Leader to help run daily operations, deliver a high-quality customer experience, and motivate staff to uphold the Nudy's Promise. You will lead the team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction across the shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, coaching employees, upholding food safety standards, and maintaining brand integrity while working a 6:30am–4:30pm schedule in a 4-day work week model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Knowledge of food and ability to answer customer questions.
• SERV Safe certification within 30 days of employment.
• Strong food safety and quality mindset.
• Ability to interpret operations data to drive positive change.
• OPEN AVAILABILITY preferred; 6:30AM–4:30PM on Sat–Tue.
• Holidays required (except Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Understand and deliver on the Customer Journey.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond swiftly and accurately to customer concerns.
• Regularly review product quality.
• Organize and supervise shifts (7 Shifts system experience preferred).
• Continuously coach and train employees with a service mindset.
• Ensure Nudy's brand is represented consistently.
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices.
• Balance cash registers and handle end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure team compliance with policies and regulations.
