• Must meet weekly/bi-weekly with the assigned Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with focus on operational excellence and guest experience.
• Prepare a detailed shift setup sheet for team success.
• Ensure calibration on Chick-fil-A standards with RSA per shift.
• Complete morning, midday, and afternoon checklists.
• Reconcile cash drawers and report variances to leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members for performance and leadership readiness.
